Anysphere builds Cursor, a code editor designed around AI assistance, where the model reads an entire repository and edits across files rather than completing single lines in isolation. Its agent mode plans and carries out multi-step changes, runs commands and reviews its own diffs, which made the editor one of the fastest-growing developer tools of the current AI wave and a standard part of many engineering workflows. The company describes itself as an applied research lab and trains its own models alongside the product.

SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.

SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.

SpaceXSI is hiring an Integrated Campaigns Manager focused on building demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs to help us win and expand our most strategic accounts.

You'll help run the campaigns that create demand for our products among enterprise buyers building programs for priority accounts, crafting stories that land with our target audiences, and executing the webinars, offers, nurture, and campaign deliverables that turn engagement into pipeline.

This is an execution-heavy role with plenty of room to grow. You'll write the copy and execute the programs that carry each campaign, and bring a data-driven mindset to drive continuous optimization. It's a high-agency position for someone who loves to ship, wants to learn fast, and wants a direct line to revenue.

What you'll do

  • Build and run programs for priority accounts and segments.

    • Design and run ABM programs for clusters of strategic accounts grouped by vertical, tech stack, use case, or buying-group pattern, with messaging, content, and offers tailored to each cluster, in partnership with sales, SDRs, and field marketing.

    • Scale what works into 1:many programmatic plays across a broader target list of prospects and customers, using intent, enrichment, and ad targeting to reach the right buying groups without hand-building every touch.

    • Map buying centers inside each account (VP Eng, CTO, platform and developer experience leads, security and procurement) and build multithreaded plays that reach each of them.

    • Turn account intelligence, intent, and usage signals into tailored campaign treatments, from personalized outreach and executive programs to events, direct mail, and sales plays.

  • Tell stories that land with technical buyers.

    • Shape the narrative, messaging, and offers for each campaign, and write the copy that carries it: briefs, emails, landing pages, ads, and account-specific content.

    • Develop engaging concepts and formats for virtual events (webinars, workshops, and exec roundtables), owning all aspects of production from idea to follow-up: select relevant topics, line up speakers from internal leaders and our customers, and make sure everyone is prepared.

    • Brief design and creative partners clearly and keep the story consistent across every channel and touchpoint.

  • Conceptualize and deploy creative demand gen offers

    • Come up with offers that give target accounts a reason to engage, like meeting makers, direct mail, digital engagement programs, and gifting.

    • Work with sales and SDRs on who gets each offer and how they follow up, and manage vendors on fulfillment, shipping, and budget.

    • Track every offer from send to meeting to pipeline so we know what to repeat.

  • Build thoughtful email campaigns and nurture programs

    • Develop and improve nurture sequences for prospects and customers, segmented by persona, account tier, and where they are in the journey.

    • Write and edit email copy, analyze performance, and come up with new ideas for content angles and CTAs that improve engagement.

    • Partner with our lifecycle and email owners to keep lists clean, segments accurate, and every send on brand.

  • Execute the deliverables that bring campaigns to life.

    • Turn campaign plans into finished work: write briefs for design, and build landing pages, emails, ads, and sales one-pagers.

    • Own launch checklists and timelines, coordinate with design, web, ops, and sales, and ship on time.

    • Report on how each campaign performed, share what you learned with the team and sales, and suggest what to try next.

You may be a fit if

  • You're both left-brained and right-brained: as comfortable debating pipeline math as you are coming up with a creative campaign idea.

  • You write well. You can tell a compelling story, write copy that makes a busy engineering leader keep reading, and you have strong instincts for what good looks like.

  • You've supported ABM or integrated campaigns and understand the basics of account selection, buying groups, and multithreading in enterprise deals.

  • You're organized and detail-oriented, and you can juggle many deliverables and deadlines without dropping any.

  • You like working closely with sales, and you know how to earn trust with sellers.

  • You want ownership and high agency, and you'd rather ship and learn than wait for perfect information.

  • You can take a loose plan, bring structure to it, and get it shipped.

  • You're curious about AI and developer tools, and you use AI in your own workflow every day.

Experience that helps

  • 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, with hands-on time supporting ABM or integrated campaigns for enterprise or technical audiences.

  • Hands-on experience running webinars, direct mail or meeting-maker programs, and email nurture.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, a marketing automation platform, webinar platforms, direct mail or gifting platforms, and Clay or ABM and intent platforms. Bonus if you've used AI coding tools to query data yourself.

  • Experience with verticalized or persona-specific go-to-market motions.

  • A track record of campaigns you can point to with real results, and the writing samples to back it up.
