You will play a key role in producing high-quality Civil drawings and models, coordinating with engineers and other disciplines, and contributing to the smooth delivery of a wide variety of building projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduce clear, accurate Autodesk Civil 3D models, drawings and details to support the design of below ground drainage, levels and external works .\n\nWork closely with Civil Engineers and in-house teams (such as Structures and Geotechnical) to help deliver coordinated design information.\n\nAssist with design coordination by sharing information with external architects, MEP engineers and contractors.\n\nFollow established BIM standards, workflows and protocols, helping to ensure consistency across project outputs.\n\nManage your day-to-day tasks effectively, maintaining quality and meeting agreed deadlines.\n\nPrepare general arrangement drawings, sections, details and schedules across a range of different projects.\n\nSkills & Experience\nEssential\nGood working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D.\n\nExperience producing civil drawings and models for projects in the UK.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.\n\nStrong communication skills, comfortable working with engineers and external design partners.\n\nUnderstanding of BIM principles and coordinated model processes.\n\nAbility to organise your own workload and deliver work to deadlines.\n\nDesirable\nExperience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar BIM tools.\n\nAwareness of ISO 19650 roles, responsibilities and processes.\n\nExperience using Common Data Environments such as 4Projects or Asite.\n\nMotivation to continue developing your technical skills and progress your career.\n\nThe Extras\nIndustry leading benefits - Including 5* Holiday Lodges!
