This role performs methods and operational analyses, develops process flows and work instructions, evaluates engineering changes, and provides technical support across engineering, quality, procurement, and production functions.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nCoordinate with design engineering on new product releases, reviewing drawings for producibility and ensuring manufacturing readiness prior to release (30%).\n\nPerform operational, labor, and methods analyses to support time standards, workflow optimization, equipment planning, and productivity improvement initiatives (25%).\n\nEvaluate engineering changes and specification updates, serving as a technical liaison across program management, finance, design, quality, procurement, inspection, and production teams (20%).\n\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and standard procedures that define specific manufacturing steps and ensure consistent execution (15%).\n\nSupport cost estimation, tooling recommendations, and process requirements for new or existing product lines while maintaining records and reporting systems to coordinate manufacturing operations (10%).\n\nRepresentative Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field\n\n4-6+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience with growing technical responsibility\n\nExperience supporting new product introduction, producibility reviews, and cross-functional design coordination\n\nWorking knowledge of labor time standards, workflow analysis, and manufacturing cost drivers\n\nAbility to develop process flow documentation, work instructions, and standard manufacturing procedures\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process accuracy\n\nEffective communication skills for working across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production or engineering environment\n\nCommitment to continuous improvement and supporting collaborative manufacturing operations\n\nNo unsolicited agency submittals please.
