Ensures that all materials are properly labeled, packaged, and stored in designated areas. (20%)\nSupports the inventory management process by counting and verifying materials, parts and products. Identifies and reports any discrepancies or damages. Recommends process improvements to reduce future discrepancies. (20%)\nExecutes daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing materials, preparing shipments and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Contacts carriers to pick up freight. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. (20%)\nPerforms a variety of kitting and order functions. Performs cycle count inventory. (20%)\nLifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.
