Under general supervision, this role operates within defined processes and policies, applying practical knowledge and judgement to support execution of production plans.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDevelops and maintains detailed production schedules, production plans and material requirement lists in accordance with the Master Production Schedule, for products, proposal efforts and/or production processes. Ensures production schedules are aligned with customer demand, contract requirements, and capacity constraints. Coordinates with manufacturing, procurement, engineering and quality teams to ensure material and resource availability. (25%)\nMonitors production progress and adjusts schedules in response to changes in demand, supply disruptions, or operational issues. (25%)\nIdentifies risks to production timelines and escalates issues to management with proposed mitigation strategies. Collaborates in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy, cycle times and on-time delivery performance. (25%)\nMaintains accurate data in ERP systems to support planning and reporting activities. Generates and presents routine reports on production status, schedule adherence and key performance indicators (KPIs). (25%)\nRepresentative Qualifications:\nStrong understanding of production planning, scheduling and supply chain principles.\nWorking knowledge of with ERP/MRP systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nNo unsolicited agency submittals please.
