Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.\nYour Challenge:\nConduct studies and investigations to determine feasibility of designs associated with the application of turbines\n\nDefine product design requirements in accordance with contract requirements, including computation of performance\n\nAnalyze test results to evaluate and determine performance, design qualities, and operating deficiencies for the product\n\nDevelop standard performance curves and calculation procedures to assist marketing in quoting products\n\nCoordinate with other areas of engineering to ensure contractual requirements are met. Conduct product improvement programs toward minimizing costs, improving performance and promoting standardization\n\nInvestigate field problems and provide corrective action in terms of component redesign, revised operating procedures or maintenance practices\n\nDevelop computer programs required to support and analyze design concepts with respect to performance and mechanical design.
