Program Manager We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Target Rock Team! As a Program Manager you will be responsible for business results on the business units largest program (Profit and Loss, meeting annual plan and growth for the business unit). You will be the lead Program Manager. The scope of this position includes leadership of a cross functional Navy Nuclear Propulsion product line team (Contract Administrators, Project Engineers, QA Engineers, Planners, Buyers, Production Control, Program Managers), Profit and Loss accountability, new business generation, proposal generation (leading Bid / No Bid activities), booking orders, overseeing negotiations, and overseeing operation activities to ensure customer satisfaction for the site's single largest customer. Location: East Farmingdale, NY. Annual Salary: $150,000-170,000 Please note that the pay range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in New York.
