This includes developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.\n\nEnsure Stage-Gate readiness: entry/exit criteria, artifacts, and approvals are complete and traceable.\n\nAnticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements.\n\nSets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities. Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met.\n\nIdentifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks.\n\nFacilitate sessions, capture minutes, track & close actions. Maintain traceability and audit-ready records.\n\nDrive analytics (KPIs) and continuous improvement - Build KPIs dashboards, Analyze the KPI data, identify systemic issues and recommend process/tool improvements.\n\nTechnical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. This involves overseeing the design and development of engineering solutions.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate efforts across various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure project milestones are met. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and contractors.\n\nRisk Management: Perform risk assessments to identify potential project obstacles and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
