Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.\nWe Take Care of Our People\nPaid Time Off I 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing I Health and Wellness BenefitsILearning and Development Opportunities I Referral Program I Competitive Pay I Recognition I Employee Stock Purchase Plan I Inclusive & Supportive Culture *\nYour Challenge\nCreates and maintains project schedules depicting all project pre-requisite activities, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments in support of the Production Control activities as required per the Project Management Standards Manual (PMSM) for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. \nManage, file, and distribute engineering drawings, specifications, change orders, and technical reports.\nAnalyzes project schedules to identify potential risks, conflicts, and critical path activities. \nTrack project timelines, coordinate task allocations, and ensure engineering activities align with milestones.\nCreates and maintains cost profiles, approved cost budgets, and forecasted revenue budgets as required per the PMSM for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. This includes performance of Earned Value (EV) and/or Pseudo EV cost and schedule analysis as required. \nPerforms Project Set-up Activities for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. \nSupports project teams with project related tasks, including supporting customer presentation preparations and scheduling, and collecting action items. \nAct as the primary contact between internal technical teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of project coordination, administrative support, or technical document control experience (more for senior or specialized EPC roles).\nMechanical/electrical engineering, or a related field.\nProficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.\nExperience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agil) preferred.\nKnowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles and practices.\nWho We Are\nOur Values\nEnvironmental, Social and Governance\n*Please note, benefits are country specific and may vary from location to location.\nNo unsolicited agency submittals please.
