(20%)\n\nLeads and monitors multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices. Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies. (20%)\n\nResolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. (20%)\n\nResponsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. Defines, acquires, and allocates budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program group/function. (20%)\n\nConducts market and trend analysis to inform program direction and drive innovation. Stays abreast of industry developments to enhance program competitiveness.
