Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.\nYour Challenge:\nPerforms preventative maintenance and repairs for the facility infrastructure, including HVAC, structural, mechanical and electrical systems.\nCoordinates the day-to-day operations of facility-related service requests including, but not limited to, spot painting, cleaning, construction, exterior cleanup, audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences, inter-office mail deliveries, wastepaper recycling, and stocking of employee break areas. Leads troubleshooting efforts and coordinates complex repairs with external vendors and service providers. Ensures routine maintenance schedules are adhered to. Operates site equipment as needed.\nLeads space planning and layout changes for office relocations, new workstation setups, and upgrades. Ensures that all common areas are maintained to high standards of functionality and cleanliness. Relocates furniture and office equipment as required.\nMaintains detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs and facilities-related activities.
