Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.\n Your Challenge:\nLead the preparation of quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasts for assigned programs.\nAnalyze cost performance, schedule impacts, and program variances to ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.\nReview and assess the financial implications of programmatic changes, milestone shifts, and contract modifications.\nDevelop and maintain accurate forecasts for unbilled receivables and deferred revenue balances, ensuring proper revenue recognition.\nProvide in-depth analysis and recommendations to Program Management and senior leadership.\nPrepare and present program financial performance, variance explanations, and risk assessments.\nSupport ad hoc analyses, including stop work notifications, contract terminations, or cost impact studies.\nWhat you Bring:\n8+ years of experience as a Program Financial Analyst in the defense or aerospace industry.\nStrong understanding of government financial regulations and compliance (FAR, DFARS, EVMS).\nProven ability to develop forecasts, manage large data sets, and perform detailed variance and cost analysis.\nAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or equivalent.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.\nA collaborative mindset and the confidence to present data-driven recommendations to leadership.\nWho We Are:\nOur Values\nEnvironmental, Social and Governance\nThe Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions facility in Santa Clarita, California is the center of excellence for hardware level system integration and advanced package design.\nIntegrated Systems in Santa Clarita prides itself on experience, expertise, and low risk solutions.
