A good understanding in the mechanical maintenance of Air compressor systems, high pressure pumps, accumulators, and filter systems.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n· Troubleshoot mechanical systems.\n· Functionally operate production equipment for the purpose of troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions by the use of practical and mechanical knowledge.\n· Install, maintain, and repair production equipment including manufacturing replacement parts if necessary.\n· Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks and service as scheduled, maintaining necessary logs and reports.\n· Troubleshoot mechanical problems on convention and automated manufacturing equipment.\n· Locate and order repair parts and supplies. Assist in troubleshooting of electrical problems.\n· Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervision.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:\n· General good housekeeping practices within work area.\n· Review work center for maintenance compliance.\n· Maintain correct time reporting and accurate entries on applicable manufacturing documentation.\n· Comply with Company quality and safety requirements.\n· Must possess the mental capacity to comprehend information provided daily and make own decisions.\nEDUCATION / TRAINING:\n· High School Graduate, Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting Skills.\n· Ten (10) years of manufacturing maintenance or related experience.\nNo unsolicited agency submittals please.
