Perform torquing, sealing, gasket cutting, and bedplate drilling/tapping. Close tolerance fit up of critical components.\nTesting & Troubleshooting: Conduct hydrotesting, and balancing; troubleshoot issues and hand fit or replace parts as needed.\n Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools, machine tools (mag drills, laser alignment equipment, balancing machine), piping benders, torque guns, torque wrenches, dial indicators, and surface prep equipment.\nMaterial Handling: Move materials safely across the facility, using overhead cranes, jib cranes and forklifts following all facility safety protocols.\nSafety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and strictly follow all PPE and safety guidelines.\nWhat You Bring\nMechanical assembly, piping/tubing, and equipment alignment experience.\nAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings, manuals, and technical procedures.\nProficiency with hand, machine pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, digital torque wrenches, digital torque guns, dial/button indicators, hydraulic torque tools.\nBasic computer skills for daily time keeping sheets and viewing technical drawings and blueprints.\nForklift and overhead crane experience.Automotive, small engine repair, mechanical ability is greatly beneficial for this role.\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
