(30%)\nLead investigations of supplier-related quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve supplier performance and reduce risk. (25%)\nConduct supplier assessments, audits, and qualification activities to evaluate manufacturing capability, process controls, and compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. (15%)\nPartner with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to support new product introductions, supplier transitions, and process changes while ensuring quality requirements are achieved. (15%)\nAnalyze supplier quality data and trends to identify risks, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. (15%)\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.\nTypically 2 to 4 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.\nAerospace experience preferred but not essential.\nFamiliar with PFMEA, AS9102 FAIR’s, control plans\nKnowledge of quality engineering and measurement tools and methodologies. Experience in measurement techniques, GD&T, and measurement systems analysis skills, particularly with respect to machined components.\nExperience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) processes, using RCCA tools such as 8D, Fishbone, 5 whys, etc.\nKnowledge of supplier quality management systems, AS9100 / ISO9001, and auditing practices.\nStrong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience in working together with suppliers to achieve a common goal when dealing with problem resolution.\nMust be able to manage multiple suppliers and be self-motivated.
