This will include:\nManaging and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE including user access, security roles and permissions\nActing as a key point of contact for Dynamics 365 CE support and troubleshooting\nWorking with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflows\nDeveloping automated workflows across areas such as lead management, sales pipelines and customer service\nSupporting Dynamics 365 CE projects from requirements gathering and solution development through to implementation\nIntegrating Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems and third-party applications\nDeveloping test scripts and supporting UAT and smoke testing with end users\nBuilding and enhancing low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps\nCreating automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate\nManaging Power Platform solutions across development, testing and production environments\nMaintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows and processes\nMonitoring platform performance and supporting continuous improvement across the environment.\n About you\nYou’ll bring solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and be comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.\nIdeally, you’ll have:\nExperience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights Journeys\nDevelopment experience with JavaScript and C#, and REST API/WebAPI\nExperience with CICD using Github or Git\nStrong knowledge of Dynamics CE data imports, exports, data integrity and migration\nExperience integrating Dynamics CE with third-party systems\nExperience training and supporting end users across Dynamics CE and Power Platform\nStrong skills building low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps\nExperience designing automated workflows and business processes within Dynamics CE and Power Automate\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nExperience with business rules analysis, user stories and acceptance criteria\n Why Cuscal?\nAt Cuscal, you’ll experience interesting work that’s transforming.
