You’ll work independently to make informed technical decisions, resolve complex platform issues and deliver the uplift from initial design through to implementation, migration, validation and operational handover.\nYou’ll make an impact by:\nDesigning and establishing a new GitHub Enterprise Cloud environment with Enterprise Managed Users\nIntegrating GitHub with identity providers including authentication, SSO, SCIM provisioning and user lifecycle management\nConfiguring organisation structures, enterprise roles, team membership, repository permissions and access controls\nImplementing repository governance, rulesets, audit logging and privileged access controls\nPlanning and executing trial, pilot and production migrations across organisations and repositories\nUsing GitHub Enterprise Importer and other supported tools to migrate repository history and applicable metadata\nReconfiguring GitHub Actions, secrets, variables, environments, GitHub Apps, webhooks and third-party integrations\nDesigning scalable self-hosted runner infrastructure using Actions Runner Controller, runner scale sets and ephemeral runners\nUsing Terraform to manage GitHub Enterprise configuration and runner infrastructure on EKS\nTroubleshooting issues across migrations, identity integration, workflow execution, job routing, scaling and network connectivity\nProducing architecture documentation, migration runbooks, technical decision records and operational handover materials\nPartnering with Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management, Cloud and Engineering teams to resolve technical dependencies\nProviding implementation, testing and control evidence for security reviews and audit requirements\n What you’ll bring\nTo succeed in this role, you’ll bring:\nHands-on experience setting up GitHub Enterprise Cloud with Enterprise Managed Users\nStrong knowledge of SSO, identity provider integration, SCIM provisioning and user lifecycle management\nProven experience delivering multi-organisation GitHub Enterprise Cloud migrations\nStrong GitHub Enterprise administration, repository governance and access control experience\nExperience building secure, scalable self-hosted runner infrastructure using Actions Runner Controller and ephemeral runners\nStrong Terraform experience managing GitHub Enterprise configuration and runner infrastructure on EKS\nKnowledge of GitHub Enterprise and runner hardening aligned with ISM requirements\nExperience migrating GitHub Apps, webhooks, secrets, credentials and third-party integrations\nStrong automation and troubleshooting capability across GitHub, identity, migration and runner infrastructure\nThe ability to communicate clearly with engineering, cyber security, identity, leadership and vendor stakeholders \nYou’ll stand out if you have:\nExperience working within financial services or another highly regulated environment\nFamiliarity with APRA CPS 234 and security assurance requirements\nExperience producing technical evidence for risk closure, security reviews and audits\nGitHub Certified Administrator certification\nCertified Kubernetes Administrator certification\n Why Cuscal?\nAt Cuscal, you'll find a strong, successful company that's reimagining the future.
