The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, data operations teams, and markets to ensure data quality metrics are effectively monitored, analysed and communicated.\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Power BI, with the ability to interpret data findings and translate them into clear, impactful visualisations and insights.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \nData Analysis, Reporting and Visualisation\nDevelop and maintain automated reports on key data quality metrics, including completeness checks, range thresholds, null value reduction rates, and duplicate records tracking.\nDesign and publish Power BI dashboards for stakeholders and markets to visualise trends and highlight actionable insights.\nAnalyse data quality results to identify patterns, trends and areas requiring further investigation.\nCollaboration and Communication\nWork closely with the Data Quality Assurance Manager to align analysis and reporting outputs with strategic goals.\nPartner with the Data Operations team to ensure accurate and timely data correction and processing.\nRegularly present findings to stakeholders, providing clear narratives around data trends and potential areas for improvement.\nMonitoring and Analysis\nTrack and report on pre- and post-notification data corrections to measure the effectiveness of alerts.\nIdentify trends in data errors and suggest strategies for improvement.\nEnsure analysis and reporting outputs meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.\nSystem and Process Improvement\nContinuously improve analysis and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.\nProvide feedback on DQA Hub configurations to ensure alignment with data analysis and reporting needs.\nKey Qualifications:\n1. Education and Experience\nDegree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Real Estate, Research, or a related field (not essential).\nExperience in a research, data analysis, reporting or data visualisation role is desirable.\n2. Technical Skills\nProficiency in Power BI, with the ability to develop reports and dashboards.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.\nFamiliarity with data quality management processes is a plus.\n3. Soft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.\nDetail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.\nPlease note: this is a direct search led by Cushman & Wakefield.
