frequencies are maintained.\nConduct regular floor inspections and address service gaps proactively.\nMonitor washrooms, pantries, meeting rooms, cafeteria, common areas, and high-traffic zones.\nEnsure availability of housekeeping consumables and cleaning materials.\nDrive periodic deep cleaning, pest control, façade cleaning, carpet cleaning, and other specialist services.\nVendor & Contract Management\nManage housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and other soft-service vendors.\nMonitor vendor manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, training, and productivity.\nTrack SLA/KPI performance and initiate corrective actions for service deviations.\nConduct regular vendor review meetings and maintain performance records.\nSupport contract renewals, scope changes, service improvement initiatives, and vendor evaluations.\nEmployee Experience & Workplace Services\nEnsure a clean, safe, hygienic, and welcoming workplace environment.\nCoordinate employee requests and complaints related to soft services.\nMonitor feedback and implement corrective/improvement actions.\nSupport workplace events, employee engagement activities, and special requirements.\nCoordinate seating moves, office transitions, and other workplace activities from a soft-services perspective.\nCafeteria & Pantry Operations\nMonitor cafeteria and pantry services to ensure hygiene, food quality, service standards, and availability.\nCoordinate with food vendors on menu, service quality, employee feedback, and operational issues.\nEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.\nConduct regular inspections and maintain records of observations and corrective actions.\nWaste Management & Sustainability\nEnsure proper segregation, collection, storage, and disposal of different waste streams.\nMonitor housekeeping waste handling and vendor compliance.\nSupport sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, recycling, and resource conservation.\nMaintain required documentation and records for waste management activities.\nPest Control & Landscaping\nMonitor pest-control activities and ensure scheduled treatments are completed.\nMaintain pest-control records and close observations within agreed timelines.\nCoordinate landscaping services and ensure required standards are maintained in external/common areas.\nCompliance, Safety & Audits\nEnsure soft-service operations comply with company policies, EHS requirements, statutory regulations, and site procedures.\nParticipate in internal/external audits and inspections.\nTrack and close audit observations within agreed timelines.\nEnsure vendor employees follow PPE, safety, access-control, and workplace requirements.\nReport incidents, unsafe conditions, and service-related risks promptly.\nTeam Management\nSupervise and coordinate FM soft-services staff and vendor teams.\nEnsure adequate manpower deployment as per approved staffing levels.\nConduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and service reviews.\nIdentify training requirements and support capability development.\nMonitor discipline, attendance, grooming, and conduct of service personnel.\nReporting & Documentation\nPrepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.\nMaintain checklists, inspection reports, attendance records, SLA/KPI reports, and compliance documentation.\nTrack complaints, corrective actions, and service improvement initiatives.\nSupport preparation of management dashboards and periodic performance reviews.\nBudget & Procurement Support\nMonitor soft-service operational expenses against approved budgets.\nSupport procurement of consumables, services, and operational requirements.\nValidate vendor invoices against manpower deployment, service delivery, and contractual terms.\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.\nKey Performance Indicators\nHousekeeping service Facility Management, Hospitality, Administration, or a related field.\n5-8 years of experience in facilities management, workplace management, hospitality, or a similar environment.\nExperience managing housekeeping, cafeteria/pantry, pest control, waste management, and other soft services.\nExperience in vendor and manpower management.\nGood knowledge of workplace hygiene, safety, and facility-management practices.\nGood communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.\nProficiency in MS Office/Excel and facility-management systems is preferred.\nWhy join
