[redacted] As well as be on call 24/7 for both locations.\nMorning Briefing: Start your day with a team meeting to discuss priorities, review safety updates, and address any outstanding issues from previous shifts.\nWork Orders Management: Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring tasks are assigned based on technician skills and availability.\nFacility Walkthroughs: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.\nSafety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, overseeing safety training, audits, and inspections to promote a culture of safety.\nData Analysis & Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to drive improvements, generating reports and communicating findings to management and stakeholders.\nTeam Leadership: Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training and development initiatives.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nEducation: 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance.\nExperience: 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs.\nSkills: Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred.\nMulti-Site Experience is a Must!\nCompensation & Schedule:\nSalary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus incentive.\n Schedule: The expectation is that you are onsite daily Monday thru Friday.
