Roles & Responsibilities Review and approve HSE Plans, Manuals, Emergency Rescue Plans, and Evacuation Plans submitted by contractors. Conduct task-based safety training for site line managers and workers. Conduct HRA audits and generate reports with corrective and remedial measures. Guide and ensure implementation of the BOCW Act 1998 by vendors. Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems. Review and approve JSA, HIRA, and SWMS documents submitted by vendors. Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits and issue reports with corrective actions. Generate NCNs (Non-Compliance Notices) and penalties for major safety violations and long-pending non-compliances. Conduct safety induction programs for new employees.
