Works closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, clients, and contractors to support timely project completion within scope and budget, while contributing to cost efficiency, operational excellence, and overall client satisfaction across all civil project phases.\nAbout the Role:\nOversee end-to-end management of civil construction projects from initiation to completion\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project objectives\nLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and site supervisors\nMonitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution\nOversee procurement planning, vendor evaluation, and material management to maintain cost efficiency\nAdminister contracts, review variations, and manage claims and billing in coordination with QS and commercial teams\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations at all project stages\nConduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications\nIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies\nCoordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment\nEnsure all civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, standards, and best practices\nSupport project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and final settlement\nAbout You:\nB.E./ B.
