This role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to influence some of the North West's most significant regeneration and development projects.\nThis is an organically created opportunity, reflecting the continued growth and success of the team.\nThe Opportunity\nYou'll take a leading role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with colleagues across Land, Development & Planning and the wider Cushman & Wakefield business.\nProjects span:\nTown centre and strategic regeneration\n\nMasterplanning and development frameworks\n\nPlanning applications and appeals\n\nPublic sector development strategies\n\nResidential, commercial and mixed-use developments\n\nPlanning policy and site promotion\n\nStakeholder engagement and client relationship management\n\nYou'll enjoy significant client exposure from day one, with the autonomy to lead projects while helping to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the team.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who brings:\nMRTPI qualification\n\nStrong consultancy or client-side planning experience\n\nExperience managing planning projects from inception through delivery\n\nExcellent report writing and communication skills\n\nCommercial awareness and the confidence to build lasting client relationships\n\nA collaborative approach and desire to contribute to business growth\n\nExperience working with both public and private sector clients would be advantageous but isn't essential.\n\nWe foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of all our employees.
