Travel is required.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Business Intelligence Solutions team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The Business Intelligence Manager’s responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities\nLeadership & Team Management\nProvide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to BI analysts and account team resources\nEstablish best practices, standards, and repeatable processes for BI development and delivery\nProvide training and enablement to account teams on BI platforms, tools, and analytics capabilities\nClient & Stakeholder Partnership\nServe as a senior analytics partner to clients and account teams, managing key relationships and expectations\nAdvise clients on analytics strategies, including how to prioritize requests and align them with platform capabilities and long-term value\nDetermine appropriate responses to client requests that may be out of scope, misaligned with best practices, or not in the client’s best interest\nProvide clear verbal and written updates to management and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes\nBI Platform & Product Leadership\nLead BI platform initiatives to enhance the delivery of insights across all clients\nLiaise with BI platform and solutions teams to ensure dashboard design, prototyping, and development meet business and product requirements\nPartner with development teams to expand analytics offerings through dashboard proofs of concept, tabular model measure development, and product feature enhancements\nSupport the evolution of a governed, scalable BI ecosystem, including certified reporting and self-service analytics\nAnalytics Strategy & Roadmap Ownership\nDevelop and maintain analytics roadmaps with clients and account teams, including scope, schedule, and investment planning\nBalance immediate client reporting needs with long-term platform strategy and scalability\nProactively analyzing client portfolios to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for deeper analytical insight\nData & Technical Oversight\nLead data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration and analytics initiatives\nManage intake and backlog processes, data dictionaries, report inventories, and development workflows for both client-specific and platform-level dashboards\nPartner with client technology teams to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise data platforms (including Databricks)\nDrive continuous improvement in data automation, standardization, and quality\nAdvanced Analytics & Optimization\nUtilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows, and develop analytical solutions\nProvide oversight on Power BI model design, performance optimization, and metric standardization\nEnsure technical and process documentation is maintained across analytics initiatives\nLeverage emerging AI tools like Databricks to bring cutting edge analytical delivery to the BI platform and clients\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field\nRequired Experience\nExperience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams\nStrong client and stakeholder management experience\nHands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms\nExperience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Experience\nStrong experience with Power BI (including data modeling and semantic layer design)\nProficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation\nExperience with ETL / data preparation tools such as Alteryx\nExperience working with Databricks or modern data platforms\nExperience contributing to a BI product team or analytics platform initiative\nExposure to commercial real estate or portfolio-level data\nAdditional Requirements & Competencies\nHigh level of critical thinking and sound judgment exercised daily\nStrong analytical curiosity and problem-solving mindset\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to articulate complex technical and analytical concepts to non-technical audiences\nAbility to select the most effective communication approach based on audience and context\nStrong relationship management skills across clients, account teams, and technology partners\nAbility to operate confidently in ambiguous, fast-paced, and client-facing environments\nCushman & Wakefield uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in screening and assessing applications.
