Services, Commissioning, and Data Centre Operations opportunities.\nThe Bid Manager will work closely with Sales, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, HR, and Subject Matter Experts to deliver high-quality submissions that align with client requirements and Cushman & Wakefield's strategic objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nBid Management\nLead the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to submission, negotiation, and contract award.\nDevelop bid strategies, win themes, proposal plans, and submission schedules.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals.\nManage tender clarifications, client interactions, presentations, and interviews.\nDrive proposal reviews, governance approvals, and lessons-learned sessions.\nMaintain bid quality standards, compliance requirements, and submission deadlines.\nSales & Business Development Support\nSupport sales leaders in strategic pursuit planning and customer engagement activities.\nPrepare capability statements, credentials, presentations, and client-facing materials.\nSupport account growth initiatives and opportunity identification.\nConduct market, competitor, and industry research to improve win strategies.\nAssist with pipeline reporting, CRM management, and sales forecasting activities.\nProposal Development\nDevelop and coordinate technical, operational, commercial, and executive proposal content.\nPrepare executive summaries, value propositions, solution narratives, and differentiated service offerings.\nCollaborate with operational leaders to develop FM and project delivery models.\nEnsure proposal documents reflect C&W branding, quality standards, and strategic messaging.\nMaintain proposal libraries, case studies, resumes, and reusable content.\nFacilities Management & Critical Environment Support\nSupport bids related to:Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)\nCritical Environment Management (CEM)\nData Centre Operations\nEngineering Services\nHard and Soft Facilities Management\nSustainability and Energy Management\n\nCoordinate operational resource plans, transition plans, mobilization strategies, and service delivery solutions.\nDevelop performance commitments, service level agreements, and KPI frameworks.\nProject Management Support\nSupport project management and construction-related pursuits including:Project Management Consultancy (PMC)\nConstruction Management\nProgramme Management\nCost Management\nCommissioning & Handover Services\nDevelopment Advisory\n\nCoordinate project methodology, staffing plans, governance frameworks, and delivery strategies.\nWork with project leads to develop technical responses and project execution plans.\nCommercial & Contract Support\nCoordinate pricing submissions and commercial review processes.\nWork closely with Finance, Commercial, HR, Procurement, and Legal teams.\nTrack assumptions, risks, qualifications, and contractual deviations.\nSupport contract negotiations and client clarifications.\nEnsure commercial compliance with internal approval processes.\nContinuous Improvement\nTrack bid performance and win/loss data.\nIdentify opportunities to improve bid processes and content management.\nMaintain proposal templates, best practices, and knowledge repositories.\nContribute to strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and win rates.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nAPMP Certification preferred.\nProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) advantageous.\nData Centre, Facilities Management, or Construction industry experience preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years' experience in bid management, proposal management, tender management, sales support, or business development.\nExperience supporting Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Project Management, Construction, Real Estate, or Data Centre sectors.\nDemonstrated success managing complex, high-value bids and proposals.\nExperience working with regional
