The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the asset operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably while providing a best-in-class experience for occupiers, visitors, and clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nHealth, Safety & Risk Management\nLead all aspects of health, safety, fire safety, and risk management across the property.\nEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, policies, and procedures.\nManage contractor compliance systems and risk assessments.\nCoordinate emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and safety training.\nBuilding Operations & Facilities Management\nOversee all building services including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management, and utilities.\nManage contractor performance through service level agreements and key performance indicators.\nDevelop and maintain planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.\nSupport the planning and delivery of capital works and asset improvement projects.\nOccupier & Stakeholder Engagement\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and service providers.\nAct as the primary point of contact for occupier requirements and operational matters.\nPromote tenant engagement initiatives and support community-building activities within the property.\nDeliver a high-quality occupier and visitor experience.\nFinancial Management\nManage the annual service charge and operational budgets.\nMonitor expenditure and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.\nApprove and process invoices while ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.\nSupport budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.\nSustainability & ESG\nSupport the implementation of sustainability initiatives and environmental objectives.\nMonitor utility consumption and environmental performance data.\nEngage with occupiers and service partners on sustainability best practices.\nContribute to ESG and corporate social responsibility initiatives.\nReporting & Compliance\nConduct regular property inspections and ensure issues are resolved promptly.\nPrepare operational reports and client updates.\nMaintain accurate records relating to compliance, maintenance, and building performance.\nExperience & Skills\nProven experience in commercial property, facilities, or building management.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience managing service contractors and supplier relationships.\nCommercial awareness with experience managing budgets and expenditure.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nHigh level of IT proficiency, including property management and financial systems.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.\nEducation & Qualifications\nRelevant qualification in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.\nHealth & Safety qualification desirable (IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent).\nStrong understanding of current health, safety, and compliance regulations.\nProfessional membership of a relevant industry body would be advantageous.\nIf you are a motivated property professional looking for an opportunity to manage a high-profile asset and deliver exceptional operational performance, we'd love to hear from you.
