The successful candidate combines strong analytical thinking, business acumen, technical capabilities, and a passion for solving complex business problems through data and technology.\nJob Description\nThis role will primarily:\nDevelop and maintain reporting, analytics, and geospatial solutions that improve visibility into portfolio performance, workplace trends, operational metrics, and business outcomes.\nTransform, validate, and manage data from multiple sources to support portfolio intelligence, operational reporting, forecasting, and decision support.\nPartner with business stakeholders, account teams, and clients to translate business requirements into reusable technical solutions.\nSupport portfolio planning, workplace strategy, occupancy analysis, location intelligence, and operational decision-making through insight generation and visualization.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.\nSupport the continued evolution of PAG's analytics, reporting, geospatial, and technology capabilities.\nSuccess in this role looks like:\nStakeholders trust the data, reporting, and analytics solutions used to support business and real estate decisions.\nReporting and analysis processes become more automated, scalable, and consistent.\nBusiness users spend less time gathering, validating, and preparing data and more time acting on insights.\nAnalytics and geospatial solutions become integrated into standard account operations and decision-making.\nStakeholders use reporting, analytics, and geospatial solutions to support portfolio planning, occupancy strategy, location decisions, operational performance, and workplace initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop dashboarding and reporting solutions that support portfolio performance, workplace strategy, occupancy trends, operational efficiency, and service delivery using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nBuild and maintain data pipelines, transformation processes, and data models that support analytics and reporting solutions, with Databricks experience strongly preferred.\nIntegrate data from internal systems, client platforms, commercial real estate technologies, and external sources.\nDevelop and maintain ArcGIS Online environments, maps, dashboards, and geospatial data products which support location intelligence, market analysis, portfolio optimization, workplace planning, and operational decision-making initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting, data preparation, and operational processes.\nLeverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, accelerate development, and enhance analytics capabilities.\nPartner with account teams, business stakeholders, and clients to understand business needs and priorities.\nCommunicate technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport user adoption, training, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.\nQualifications\nMust-Have Requirements\n3-7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, reporting, data engineering, or related fields.\nExperience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products used by business stakeholders.\nExperience using business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.\nExperience building and maintaining data pipelines within modern cloud analytics platforms. Databricks experience strongly preferred.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data interpretation skills.\nExperience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex concepts to business stakeholders, account teams, and clients.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, or modern cloud-based analytics platforms.\nExperience using Python for analytics, automation, reporting, or workflow development.\nExperience supporting commercial real estate, corporate real estate, portfolio planning, workplace strategy, occupancy management, facilities management, or related business functions.\nExperience with ArcGIS Online, ESRI products, or geospatial analytics platforms.\nExperience within consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments.\nExperience leveraging AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.\nExperience working with enterprise reporting, operational analytics, portfolio analytics, workplace analytics, or business performance management.\nTechnology & Tools\nMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.\nGoogle Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) strongly preferred.\nPower BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.\nSQL and relational database technologies.\nDatabricks and cloud analytics platforms strongly preferred.\nPython or similar scripting languages preferred.\nArcGIS Online, ESRI products, or geospatial technologies preferred.\nCommercial real estate, workplace, occupancy, facilities, or portfolio management technologies preferred.\nAI-enabled productivity and analytics tools preferred.\nCapabilities\nBusiness problem solving and analytical thinking.\nData storytelling and visualization.\nTechnical translation and stakeholder communication.\nReal estate and business operations acumen.\nProcess improvement and automation mindset.\nCuriosity and continuous learning.\nCollaboration across technical and business teams.\nProject organization and prioritization.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nContinuous improvement mindset focused on scalability, consistency, and measurable business impact.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Geography/GIS, Engineering, Mathematics, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
