This role ensures that all equipment is functioning optimally to support mall operations, events, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AV setups, CCTV systems, and a strong understanding of electronics and networking.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and related surveillance equipment.\nSet up and operate audio-visual systems for mall events, public announcements, and digital signage.\nPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on AV and CCTV systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video feeds, audio quality, connectivity, and hardware malfunctions.\nCollaborate with security and facilities teams to ensure coverage and functionality of surveillance systems.\nMaintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and system configurations.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and data privacy regulations.\nProvide technical support during mall events and coordinate with vendors when necessary.\nStay updated on the latest AV and CCTV technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.\nEducation & Experience:\n Must possess a valid Electronic Security Technician Registration (DCJS).\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics, AV systems, or IT preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in AV and CCTV installation and maintenance, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.\nSkills & Competencies:\nProficient in configuring and troubleshooting CCTV systems (IP and analog).\nFamiliarity with AV equipment including mixers, microphones, speakers, projectors, and digital signage.\nBasic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routers, switches).\nAbility to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for events or emergencies.\nAAP/EEO STATEMENT\nC&W provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
