The role ensures all conference rooms, meeting spaces, and collaboration areas are set up to the required standard, catering requirements are coordinated effectively, and meeting spaces are cleaned, reset, and ready for use. You will act as the primary point of contact for meeting and event logistics, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for employees, visitors, and external clients.\nJob Description\nCore Responsibilities:\nPrepare meeting rooms and conference spaces to booking requirements\nConfigure room layouts including boardroom, classroom, theatre, cabaret, U-shape and workshop styles\nCoordinate catering deliveries, setup and post-event collections\nSupport internal meetings, training sessions and corporate events\nConduct room inspections and ensure spaces are operational and presentable\nClear and reset rooms following meetings and events\nMaintain meeting room supplies and hospitality stock\nProvide basic support for audiovisual equipment and meeting technology\nLiaise with cleaning, facilities, catering, reception and IT teams\nEnsure health and safety procedures are followed\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience:\nExperience in conference services, facilities, hospitality or workplace support\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nExcellent organization and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities\nMicrosoft Office proficiency\nAbility to safely move furniture and equipment\nThis job description sets out the main duties of the position at the date it was written.
