commercial expertise.\nJob Description\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nCost & Commercial Management\nPrepare cost estimates, budgets, cost plans, quotations, and tender documentation throughout the project lifecycle\nSupport quantity measurement, valuation, and cost analysis of construction works\nAssist in developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections\nMonitor project costs and support financial reporting to clients and stakeholders\nAnalyze market trends including labor rates, material pricing, subcontractor costs, and procurement strategies\nReview contractor and subcontractor quotations and support benchmark analyses\nAssist with the evaluation of variation orders, change requests, and their commercial impacts\nSupport negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants\nParticipate in project meetings, design reviews, and commercial discussions\nContribute to value engineering and cost optimization initiatives\nAssist clients in identifying opportunities to improve project cost efficiency while maintaining project objectives\nProvide support on commercial matters throughout project
