One will need to demonstrate strong understanding of what is working, identifying opportunities to optimise activity, and helping the Singapore BDS team use digital more effectively to support business growth.\nJob Description\nKey responsibilities\nWebsite operations\nUpdate and publish content on the C&W Singapore website using Sitecore, including Insights pages, news and landing pages\nLoad and maintain property listings on the website, ensuring details, images and availability are accurate and up to date\nCoordinate with global and regional web teams on site updates and issues\nSEO, AEO and SEM\nSupport search engine optimisation (SEO), including on-page content, keyword integration and content structure to improve organic visibility\nSupport answer engine optimisation (AEO) to increase brand visibility, citations and referral traffic from AI search tools and LLM-powered platforms\nSupport search engine marketing (SEM) execution, including ad copy, landing page content and creative assets for paid campaigns\nEmail marketing\nBuild, test and send email campaigns and event invitations on the company's email platform\nManage and develop the contact database, lists and segmentation, with support from the business intelligence team\nEnsure email activity complies with data protection requirements\nReport on opens, clicks and conversions\nDigital and social posting\nSchedule and publish approved content on C&W Singapore's LinkedIn and other digital channels\nMaintain the content calendar and monitor comments, mentions and tags\nManage the company's social advocacy tool, loading approved content\nDemand generation & digital optimisation\nSupport the development and execution of digital campaigns designed to build awareness, generate engagement and capture qualified leads for priority Singapore business lines.\nAnalytics and reporting\nMaintain Google Analytics (GA4) dashboards for the website and Insights pages\nProduce a monthly digital performance report covering web, search, email and social, with clear takeaways and recommendations\nMarketing operations and admin\nRaise purchase orders and process vendor invoices and marketing claims in line with company finance procedures\nTrack marketing spends against budget and keep budget records up to date\nSupport month-end finance processes, including accruals and spend reconciliation\nCoordinate with finance and procurement teams for vendor management processes\nRequirements\n3-5 years' hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B, professional services or real estate\nWorking knowledge of SEO and SEM, including Google Ads\nExperience with Google Analytics (GA4), including building reports and interpreting data\nExperience with a content management system;
