within the commercial real estate sector.Job Description\nJob Description - Junior Project Engineer (Mechanical)\nAssist the Project Manager/Mechanical Lead in execution and coordination of mechanical works at project sites.\n\nSupport supervision of equipment installation, piping, HVAC, utility systems, firefighting and other mechanical services, as applicable.\nCoordinate with contractors and vendors for site activities, inspections, material deliveries and work-front availability.\nAssist in reviewing mechanical drawings, layouts, specifications and shop drawings.\nMonitor daily progress and support preparation of DPRs, progress reports and project documentation.\nAssist in quality inspections, testing & commissioning activities and closure of punch points.\nCoordinate with civil, electrical, architectural and other disciplines to resolve interface issues.\nEnsure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and HSE procedures.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nFresh B.E./B.Tech./Diploma graduates in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.\nGood understanding of engineering fundamentals and construction/project execution.\nAbility to read and understand engineering drawings.\nBasic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and AutoCAD will be preferred.\nGood communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.\nWillingness to work at project sites across
