This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to critical data centre operations, client transition projects, and operational readiness activities across the APAC region, including Thailand and Indonesia.\nWorking alongside experienced operations and facilities professionals, you will support client onboarding programmes, contribute to the development of operational procedures, and assist with asset management initiatives. This role provides valuable insight into the management of mission-critical environments and regional project coordination.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAccount Transition & Operational Readiness\nSupport the coordination of client onboarding and account transition activities across data centre sites in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.\nAssist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and readiness requirements to ensure a smooth operational transition for new clients.\nCollaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders to support operational readiness programmes.\nOperational Procedures & Documentation\nAssist in the development, review, and maintenance of site operating procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nSupport the documentation of critical operational processes, including safety protocols, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) maintenance procedures, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.\nHelp ensure operational documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with site and client requirements.\nAsset Management & Systems Support\nSupport asset validation activities within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\nAssist with data verification and asset record updates to ensure accuracy and completeness.\nHelp maintain operational records, reports, and system documentation.\nStakeholder Coordination & Administrative Support\nCoordinate meetings, gather information from stakeholders, and track action items related to transition and operational projects.\nPrepare status updates, reports, and presentations to support project activities.\nProvide general administrative and project support as required by the Data Centre Operations team.\nAbout You:\nCurrently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy when working with documentation and systems.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nDemonstrates initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.\nInterested in data centre operations, critical engineering / facilities management\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n Why join Cushman & Wakefield?\nAs one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from;\nBeing part of a growing global company;\nCareer development and a promote from within culture;\nAn organisation committed to Diversity and Inclusion\nWe're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.\nWe achieve this by providing a flexible and agile work environment by focusing on technology and autonomy to help our people achieve their career ambitions.
