practices are followed.\nRespond promptly to emergency situations related to soft services and escalate issues when necessary.\nGenerate reports on service performance, incidents, and improvement Skills:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.\n5-6 years of experience in managing soft services within corporate, services.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.\nProficient in MS Office and facility management software
