high-quality, prompt, and courteous transport management services.\nEnsure smooth daily transport operations while maintaining service standards.\nAttend to emergencies, including medical transport needs, ensuring minimal disruption.\nCoordination & Communication\nLiaise daily with the Customer’s Transport Manager on operational matters.\nEscalate all issues beyond delegated authority to the Transport Manager.\nCoordinate with vendor operations teams to ensure timely employee pickups and drops.\nAttend and respond to employee calls regarding day-to-day transport issues.\nCommunicate any SOP changes or process updates to the Transport Manager.\nFleet & Vendor Management\n Monitor and control fleet deployment by vendors (drivers and vehicles).\n Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms before dispatch (seat belts, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, communication system, and driver readiness).\nValidate cab-in times and cross-check with cab requests.\nCoordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules.\nEnsure vendor adherence to operational standards and office decorum.\nReport all vendor non-compliance or process deviations to the Transport Manager.\nOperational Planning\nPrepare and ensure availability of transport rosters before dispatch.\nIncorporate all deviations before dispatch and document last-minute changes.\nPlan and coordinate driver schedules and shifts.\nOptimize route planning to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.\n Utilize GPS or Transport Management Systems (TMS) for real-time tracking.\nCompliance & Safety\nEnsure adherence to transport safety norms and legal regulations.\nMaintain proper documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance checks.\nInvestigate transport incidents and report findings with corrective actions.\nTrack fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle usage to prevent misuse.\nReporting & Analysis\nEnsure timely release of daily MIS reports by the vendor.\nAnalyze transport data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.\nPrepare and submit periodic performance and compliance reports to management.\nAutomation & IT Enablement\nImplement and manage automation tools for transport tracking, attendance, and billing.\nSupport GPS tracking systems, route optimization software, and mobile-based trip management.\nDevelop Excel macros, formulas, or simple scripts to automate repetitive tasks.\nCoordinate with IT teams/vendors for system integration and troubleshooting.\nIssue & Grievance Handling\nAddress and resolve transport-related employee complaints.\nHandle grievances and disputes with drivers and vendors effectively.\n4-5+ years’ experience in transportation\nGood knowledge of route planning, vendor management, and fleet coordination.\nUnderstanding of transport compliance, safety norms, and statutory requirements.\nStrong coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros)\n Power BI / Tableau (preferred)\n Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, or scripting (added advantage)\nProficiency in transport management software for MIS & reporting.\nAbility to handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.\nFlexibility to work in shifts/extended hours as per business needs.\n Knowledge of
