You’ll control the reactive and preventative maintenance program for the site so it meets the client’s and the company’s requirements. What you’ll do Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance work, making sure jobs are completed within KPIs Coordinate work for onsite trades staff and contractors, including minor works, quotes and the cell refurbishment program Issue and manage permits to work, review contractor SWMS and run contractor spot checks and plant room inspections Manage site access for contractors, including permission to enter forms, the green pass process, inductions and escorts Review work orders, monthly accruals and invoices, and follow up vendors Keep asset registers, service records and compliance documentat
