Will always hold team to company and customer performance expectations. Will require some computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.Job Description\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES\nHold daily start up meeting with team\nHold daily toolbox talks with team \nDelegate daily work assignments \nMeet with customer contacts as required daily, weekly \nProvide directions on work execution \nEnsure accountability of team members in quality, safety, and engagement \nAssist as needed in field \nConduct quality audits of jobs in field \nEnsure all documentation is completed timely and correctly \nEstablish performance goals for team members \nRecognize team accomplishments \nStrong communication skills both written and verbal \nPolicy understanding and enforcement \nHave deep knowledge of craft skills \nOSHA certification, 10-hour required, 30-hour preferred \nConduct employee performance reviews. \nMaintain documentation for any employee issues that arise. \nEscalate issues to account manager as required \nMaintain direct on-going communication with other company supervisors to ensure smooth workflow processes. \nAccept feedback from others, set goals to improve performance based upon this feedback. \nInspires and motivates others to perform well. \nExhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views. \nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by company and customer. \nIMPORTANT EDUCATION\nHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent\nGraduate of apprentice program or trade school preferred\nEXPERIENCE\nMinimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting is required.\nStrong facilitation and computer skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
