Highlight if\nany issues/challenges to Client and take support for necessary remedial actions.\nPlan for critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and\nmanage inventory.\nResponsible for development of all maintenance related schedules and shutdowns in\nconsultation with Client / OEMs\nPeriodically inspect the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for better management of\nsystems & processes.\nWork towards the minimum down time and set up practices to ensure the delivery of\nseamless service to Client.\nCoordination with Building landlord for any infrastructure related support, energy bills etc.\nInitiate Energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities in coordination with\nclient.\nResponsible for weekly & monthly reports on facility operations for Client.\nManagement of service partner staffs responsible for overall upkeep of the facilities including\nfor reception area and other common areas, common toilets in most hygienic conditions.\nManagement of all M & E support staffs also as well.\nDaily inspection/walk through of floor for cleanliness and hygiene and take corrective actions\nas accordingly.\nEnsuring availability right quality and quantity of cleaning material (spares & consumables) at\nall times.\nTracking facility operating expenses and ensures it is within budget.\nManagement of Housekeeping services, Pest Control, Indoor plants, Security services, food\nvendors, AMC’s, M & E vendors and other 3rd party vendors engaged through client.\nTrain and upgrade skills of team members in housekeeping and M & E and Measure\neffectiveness of these trainings for future corrective actions. \nApply and follow the contractual obligations, policies and procedures.\nMaintain safe environment for all facility employees, contactors & visitors.\nAdherence to the KPI\nPreparing Month management report and submit to Client.\nCafeteria management. \nVendor service partner management and 3rd party vendor management & coordination.\nMonthly measurement of achievement of Key Performance Indicators and preparation of\nMonthly Reports on or before agreed date every month for the previous month.\nOverseeing technical operation and ensure PPM is carried out as per the schedule.\nCo-ordination with OEM/AMC vendor for any breakdown and maintenance calls, ensure\nescalation matrix is followed religiously.\nTimely management reporting with respective stake holders and operation manager.\nEffective inventory management & control.\nEnergy management & tracking in coordination with building maintenance support team.\nRegular training for sub vendor staffs as per the schedule.\nWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?\nAs one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from;\nBeing part of a growing global company;\nCareer development and a promote from within culture;\nAn organisation committed to Diversity and Inclusion\nWe're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.\nWe achieve this by providing a flexible and agile work environment by focusing on technology and autonomy to help our people achieve their career ambitions.
