leverages best practices within the Facility Management fields.Job Description\nResponsibilities\nManage building Works closely with the Regional FM team to support all facilities activities in providing administrative and general support services.\nProvides customer service to Cushman & Wakefield Facility Management clients with respect to the maintenance and operation of the building.\nManages contractors in support of FM operations, including maintaining records and contracts, and coordinating project activities.\nResponsible for the management of building and equipment maintenance schedules, budgeting and budget variance reports\nProvide accurate and timely reporting of work orders and maintain Service Level Agreement above minimal requirement\nResponsible for ensuring the delivery of hight-quality service to Ericsson in strict compliance with the contracted scope of services and standards\nQualifications & Requirements\n· 5+ years of experience within the FM industry or Project Management Industry\n· Excellent communication in English and Japanese\n· Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.\n· Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks.\n· Business writing and reporting skills\n· Thoughtful, collaborative, and proactive ready to engage with stakeholders across the globe\n· High attention to detail and extremely organized.\n· Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.\n· Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.\n· Demonstrate
