Title\nFinance AnalystJob Description Summary\nJob Description\nAbout the role\nFinancial Accounting & Reporting\nOwn and coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial activities relating to the real estate portfolio, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and reporting.\nMaintain accurate financial records relating to owned and leased real estate assets, occupancy costs, rental income and portfolio transactions.\nManage month-end accounting and reconciliation activities relating to rental income, VAT, receivables, balance sheet accounts and other property-related transactions.\nPrepare and deliver recurring financial reports, analyses and supporting schedules for management, client and regulatory requirements.\nManage accounting, reporting and reconciliation activities associated with property-related provisions, asset values, lease transactions and other portfolio finance obligations.\nEnsure financial records are maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards, policies and internal controls.\nBilling, Receivables & Financial Administration\nManage rental billing, recharge processes, cost recoveries and other property-related invoicing activities.\nMonitor receivables, collections, account reconciliations and resolution of billing discrepancies.\nManage invoice processing, payment administration and financial transactions through approved financial systems.\nAdminister lease-related payments, deposits, renewals, recoveries, settlements and other property-related financial obligations.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate execution of financial transactions.\nTaxation, Compliance & Governance\nManage and coordinate VAT filings, VAT refunds, tax reporting and other statutory compliance requirements associated with the real estate portfolio.\nCoordinate the payment and accounting treatment of property taxes, local taxes, government charges and other regulatory fees.\nAct as the primary coordinator for audits, compliance reviews and reporting activities involving internal stakeholders and external advisors.\nSupport internal control, audit and assurance activities relating to property finance, revenue management and regulatory compliance.\nCoordinate external service providers and advisors supporting taxation, accounting and compliance activities.\nMaintain supporting documentation and records to meet governance, compliance and audit requirements.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, client requirements and regulatory obligations.\nStakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with Asset Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, Procurement and Finance teams to ensure effective delivery of portfolio financial activities.\nCoordinate with client stakeholders across Corporate Real Estate Services, Tax and Finance functions to meet operational, reporting and compliance requirements.\nManage relationships with external consultants, auditors, tax advisors, landlords and government authorities as required.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, reporting quality and operational efficiency.\nSupport special projects and additional finance-related activities as required.\nAbout you\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.\nProfessional accounting qualification, or progress towards certification, is desirable.\nExperience\n3-7 years' experience in finance, accounting, real estate finance, property accounting, taxation or related disciplines.\nExperience managing financial reporting, billing, accounts payable, reconciliation and month-end close activities.\nExperience coordinating taxation, statutory filing, audit or compliance-related activities.\nExperience within commercial real estate, asset management, corporate real estate services, banking or similar environments is advantageous.\nAbility to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, systems and service providers.\nSystems & Technical Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability.\nExperience working with enterprise finance, ERP, treasury, taxation and property management systems.\nExposure to systems such as SAP, TIS, AMS, Korea HomeTax and electronic tax invoice platforms is highly desirable.\nExperience using equivalent ERP, treasury management, taxation, payment processing or real estate management systems within other organisations will also be considered.\nStrong understanding of financial controls, reporting processes and compliance requirements.\nCompetencies\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to
