Operate a variety of forklift equipment to load, unload and move materials around the Plant.Job Description\nPay: $20.76\nSchedule: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm Mandatory OT as required based on production.\nMaintain the facilities equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.\nOperate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.\nMaintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.\nConduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.\nComply with OSHA and SDS Standards.\nWork environment will consist of regular exposure in a manufacturing setting.\nFast-paced environment and repetitive tasks.\nFrequently lift up to 35 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, and pivot.\nOvertime is mandatory and based on production schedule.\nExperience\n1+ years of previous industrial material handling experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.\nTraining is available to candidates based on applicant experience in related fields.\nStand Up Fork Truck experience a plus.\nSkills/Knowledge\nAbility to maintain forklift certification.\nAbility to read and interpret written instructions and to write intelligible reports.\nKnowledge of plant layout including location of materials.\nPlant safety policies and procedures.\nAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations.\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMust be certified by C&W Services to operate fork-lift before he/she can be put to work.
