(If applicable)\nMonitor mall events, retailer sales and promotions to communicate onto social media platforms as deemed necessary. (If applicable)\nCollecting various documentation for shopping centre distribution, compiling and updating store and directory information, data entry and assisting with various marketing events/projects (as needed)\nMaintaining cleanliness and organization at the workspace\nEnsure appropriate levels of inventory for administration supplies, gift cards, etc. are maintained\nAnd most importantly, ensuring that our customers leave our shopping centre happy with all of their needs met\nOther duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor\nExperience/Qualifications Required:\n1 year of experience in Customer Service an asset.\nComfortable handling large cash\nMinimum Academic Requirements:\nMinimum Grade 12 Diploma\nTechnical Competencies:\nExcellent customer service skills with a drive to go above and beyond\nSuperior written and oral communication skills\nAbility to work in a “team” environment\nVarious computer skills - Microsoft Office\nCompetent in social media, Facebook, Twitter, Website, etc.\nThe ability to work evenings and weekends is a must.\nOpen, unrestricted availability .\nCreative and self-motivated.\n\nThe compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.\nThe company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.\nThe compensation for the position is: $15.70 - $17.77 CAD HourlyCushman & Wakefield is committed to equity in employment and our goal is to have a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.
