This is a mobile role working across multiple sites, providing exposure to a diverse range of buildings, systems and equipment within a professional facilities management environment.\n\nWhat's on Offer?\nCompetitive salary\nFull-time permanent position\nCompany vehicle provided with limited personal use\nMobile role working across multiple sites\nOpportunity to work within a professional facilities management environment\nExposure to a diverse range of building systems and equipment\nSupportive team environment with career development opportunities\nOn-call allowance and overtime opportunities available\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the Trades Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing preventative and reactive maintenance services across multiple client sites throughout Melbourne.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nCarrying out general building repairs and maintenance across multiple sites\nTravelling between sites to respond to maintenance requirements\nTroubleshooting and assisting with repairs to building systems and equipment\nCompleting basic plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and electrical maintenance\nCarrying out carpentry, painting, patching and general building works\nRepairing and replacing ceiling tiles, door hardware and other building finishes\nResponding promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns and emergency situations\nAssisting with preventative maintenance and servicing of building equipment\nUsing tools, technology and building management systems to complete maintenance tasks safely and efficiently\nWorking across secure facilities and following all site security, access and safety procedures\nParticipating in a rotating on-call roster as required\nSupporting the wider facilities team and working across different sites as required\nPlease note this role services a range of secure facilities, including a maximum-security correctional facility, and requires adherence to strict security and operational procedures.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for a practical, motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.\nTo be successful, you will have:\n2+ years of relevant experience in a commercial property, facilities or maintenance environment\nTechnical, trade, vocational or hands-on maintenance experience\nCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and a good driving record\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities\nStrong communication and customer service skills\nFlexibility to travel between sites, participate in an on-call roster and work overtime when required\nAbility to pass all required background, security and site-specific clearances\nThe successful candidate will be required to complete and maintain all relevant checks and clearances for the role.\nWhy Join Cushman & Wakefield?\nAt Cushman & Wakefield, you'll be part of a global leader in real estate and facilities management.
