Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable State and Federal laws.\nAssist in managing the overall activities of a project(s), and supervises the project crew.\nCoordinate services activities for assigned buildings. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and meet the customer specifications.\nMaintain/monitor work schedules of all shift personnel, including the preparation and submission of weekly payroll time sheets.\nEstablish/maintain work performance standards.\nConduct quality assurance checks and manages materials inventory as well as general use of equipment. Including key controls.\nSnow removal services.\nResolve on-site services delivery problems.\nParticipate in on-going management/technical skills development training programs. Including safety and safety site committee.\nConduct orientation of new employees, develops employees’ skills/abilities.\nConference room set ups and sometime internal moves as needed.\nMaintain effective on-going customer relations.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nOne to three years of supervisory experience, and up-to-date knowledge of cleaning practices/procedures. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.\nThe incumbent is responsible for assisting in the management of the site account. Specific responsibilities include: work-scheduling of all shift personnel, establishing work standards in conjunction with the Manager, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee evaluations, trouble-shooting/problem solving, orientation/safety training personnel, customer relations, payroll (time sheets, check distribution) and special project work as requested.\nRequirements:\nFluent in English and Spanish\nMotivated individual and proactive\nBackground check required\n1-3 years of supervisory experience\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
