Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Have initial professional experience or internships in real estate, investment, finance, or consulting
- Are interested in investment analysis and commercial real estate markets
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills
- Work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint
- Speak and write fluently in Polish and English
- Enjoy collaborating with others and building professional relationships
- Are well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities
What will you do?
- Support investment transactions and advisory projects across the commercial real estate market
- Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, valuations, and market research
- Assist with acquisitions, disposals, due diligence processes, and transaction execution
- Create investment memoranda, pitchbooks, presentations, and other client-facing materials
- Support client relationship management and help deliver high-quality advisory services
- Monitor market trends and identify insights that support investment decisions
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple business lines to develop tailored solutions for clients
