Highlight variance between planned and the actual achieved.\nStay updated with latest developments in construction sectors and construction technology.\nBasic knowledge of environmental, safety and quality procedures of construction site for real estate projects\nOversee the civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects, including structural modifications, flooring, partitioning, and ceiling installations.\nEnsure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.\nCandidate must be able to prepare measurement sheets , reports , update trackers and possess strong MS office skills.\nCompare the quantities of materials and components used in construction to the quantities specified in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or project plans and check for any deviations from specified materials or methods.\nCandidate must be willing to travel across locations in South Zone as and when required.\nReview of the invoices or bills provided by contractors
