The role will also provide operational support for learning and development initiatives across the wider team.\nThe successful candidate will be digitally savvy, highly organised and able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Learning Administration\nCoordinate and administer all CRE and FM learning programmes.\nManage course scheduling, enrolments, communications, attendance tracking and completion records.\nMaintain accurate employee learning records and training documentation.\nSupport both virtual and face-to-face learning activities.\n2. Learning Systems Management\nServe as the primary administrator for Workday Learning and other learning platforms.\nUpload and maintain learning content, courses and learning records.\nGenerate reports and provide training data to support business and compliance requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digital tools and automation.\n3. Grants and Subsidy Management\nManage training grant and subsidy applications, claims and supporting documentation.\nEnsure compliance with funding requirements and audit standards.\nLiaise with training providers and relevant authorities to facilitate effective grant administration.\n4. Compliance and Reporting\nMonitor mandatory training, certification and licence requirements.\nProduce regular learning and compliance reports.\nSupport audits and ensure training records remain accurate and up to date.\n5.
