The role is responsible for maintaining lease data and documentation, preparing lease obligation summaries, supporting rent roll and funding processes, coordinating recurring and non-recurring lease payments, assisting with outgoings reconciliations, and resolving payment and data exceptions. The position works closely with the Senior Lease Managers, Lease Managers and Transaction Management team to maintain reliable records, meet financial and operational deadlines, support client budgeting and reporting, and ensure lease obligations and transactions are administered in accordance with agreed processes and lease requirements.Job Description\nRequirements:\nAustralian Citizen\nLocation: Canberra preferred, but we are open to receiving applications from candidates across all states of Australia, including Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Melbourne.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUpload fully executed lease documents to relevant system\nComplete lease obligation summary\nUpdate and maintain document register, security deposit, insurance register\nCalculate and verify CPI increases and update in relevant systems\nGenerate draft expenditure rent roll\nReview expenditure rent roll and flag exceptions/variances\nGenerate funding requests\nEnsure non-recurring payments are processed to suppliers in accordance with lease\nProcess purchase orders where required\nAnalyse and resolve landlord payment inquiries\nPrepare workflow to adjust payment\nReview and assist with reconciliations of outgoings and other ad hoc landlord payments.\nPerform reconciliation of charges and determine outstanding payments and prepare workflow to terminate lease\nPrepare and distribute on/off’s register\nHigh volume of processing work\nBackground and Experience\nMinimum 2-3years experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable) preferable\nReal Estate (lease administration / data management) experience working for either a multinational corporation (MNC) service provider or corporation in managing real estate databases\nAbility to maintain and manage accurate data an\n\nd prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.\nAs an equal opportunity employer, Cushman & Wakefield encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and female candidates to apply.
