The MAC Managers partners with\nOccupancy Planners, Facilities, IT, Security, Procurement, and business stakeholders to translate approved workspace requirements into\ncoordinated execution plans and minimal disruptions to the business operations.\nJob Description\nPrinciple Responsibilities\nLead day-to-day MAC service delivery across assigned sites, establishing priorities, schedules, and resource requirements, for routine\nrequests and project work.\nProvides operational and procedural support to ensure work orders are executed in accordance with established departmental,\nbuilding, and clients means, methods, and procedures\nResolve competing priorities and escalate resource gaps that may affect service commitments or project delivery.\nManages work orders/requests received in Archibus and FAMIS 360.\nEstablish onboarding, training, and cross coverage practices that support consistent execution and adherence to client standards.\nIssues work orders for approved projects to contractors, supervises furniture and related equipment moves, and verifies invoices for\npayment.\nApprove or decline individual relocation requests by consulting with Occupancy Planners as determined by client policy.\nCollaborate with Occupancy team to ensure all relocation guidelines are met\nCollaborate with the Furniture Vendors and Client Ergonomics to ensure that furniture guidelines and client needs are met.\nCoordinate with Client for small group moves from inception to completion\nProvide relocation instructions to clients and act as a single point of contact for all relocation questions including post move support\nProvide oversight of Workplace Standards and ensure adherence.\nSupport reporting and analysis of MAC activities and expenditures\nSupports the maintenance of the Archibus database system housing property floor plans, space configurations, furniture, layouts, etc.\nMaintain inventory records and update asset tracking systems\nAssist with other facilities-related tasks as needed\nRequirements\nAssociate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in project or technology coordination\npreferred with strong knowledge of move process and furniture systems or facility management experience.\nZero to Four years’ experience in a corporate real estate environment.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite software applications\nExcellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills\nAble to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services.\nStrong oral, written and presentation skills.\nAssumes ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completion.\nStrong attention to detail and quality with ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction\nFamiliarity with IFM or similar work order software is a plus\nCushman & Wakefield uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in screening and assessing applications.
