Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor. \nDevelop job tasks and procedures, establishing manpower and equipment requirements, assist in specifying and ordering materials, developing schedules and charts, attending planning and scheduling meetings with assigned departmental personnel, other work as defined by immediate supervisor. \nMust maintain a consistent and good attendance record in accordance with Company policy \nMust be able to accurately code data, must be knowledgeable in office procedures, and able to answer questions in a professional and friendly manner. \nMust be able to balance accounts and compile computer reports. Requires public contact and excellent personal skills. Must be able to make effective judgements in manager's absence. \nEnsures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures. \nAchieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning. \nCommunicate with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives \nMeet physical requirements of the job.
